Responsibilities
Ideal for a senior lawyer who thrives on complex, high‑value work and enjoys building long‑term client and professional relationships.
Play a key part in shaping the firm’s corporate and commercial offering, advising a diverse client base of individuals and businesses on a wide range of matters.
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements such as terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service and franchise agreements, and asset/share purchase agreements.
Advise on corporate structures, including shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements.
Provide strategic advice on company restructures and reconstructions, shareholder and warranty disputes, business sales, mergers and acquisitions, partnership deeds and related issues.
Take an active role in business development by strengthening local professional networks and contributing to the firm’s continued commercial growth.
Qualifications
Qualified Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE.
Proven experience managing a broad and complex caseload with minimal supervision.
Strong commercial awareness, exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Confident working to deadlines and engaging at a senior level with clients and referrers.
