A significant volume of corporate and commercial work is generated through a London presence, creating a strong pipeline of high‑quality instructions. You will work closely with senior lawyers on a range of corporate and commercial matters, with genuine opportunity to develop your expertise and build your profile within the department. The role will involve:

Advising on share and asset sales and acquisitions Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and commercial contracts Supporting on corporate restructures and governance matters Acting for businesses across a range of sectors Contributing to business development and wider firm initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be a qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Corporate and Commercial work Have experience gained at a strong regional or City firm Demonstrate strong drafting skills and commercial awareness Bring independence of thought and a collaborative approach Be ambitious and motivated to grow within a developing team
