We are working with a well-respected, specialist law firm seeking an experienced Corporate / Commercial Solicitor (5-10 years' PQE) to join its established and growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute lawyer looking to undertake high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
The Role
You will join a highly regarded corporate/commercial team advising a broad client base on matters including:
Mergers & acquisitions
Shareholder agreements and corporate restructuring
Joint ventures
Commercial contracts
General company law advisory work
The team handles a varied and quality caseload, offering genuine responsibility and client exposure.
The Ideal Candidate
5-10 years' PQE in corporate and/or commercial law
Strong technical ability with sound commercial awareness
Confident managing files and building client relationships
A collaborative team player with a proactive approach

Salary & Benefits
Competitive market-rate salary
25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (33 days total)
