Corporate Lawyer – London – Global FinTech – Post-IPO Growth

A leading international fintech is expanding its London corporate team following a recent IPO. We’re looking for a corporate lawyer (4–8 PQE) to advise on governance, corporate finance and cross-border commercial matters.

What you’ll do:

• Advise on post-IPO governance, board matters, and shareholder obligations
• Support corporate finance transactions, including equity/debt offerings and financing arrangements
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Mitigate corporate legal risks and provide pragmatic, business-focused advice
• Handle US securities law compliance and reporting obligations

Who you are:

• 4–8 years’ PQE in corporate/commercial law, ideally a top-tier private practice or in-house
• Experience with listed or recently-listed companies
• Strong corporate finance and US securities exposure
• Comfortable with cross-border corporate and commercial issues
• Independent, proactive, and collaborative with a “can-do” mindset
