Corporate Real Estate / Funds Associate

This top ranked practice at a leading global law firm has a new opportunity for a junior to mid level Associate. The team handles JV transactions, structuring and running private investment funds. The successful candidate will have upwards of 1 PQE in joint ventures and indirect real estate transactions as well as general funds advisory support. They will join a five partner team with a strong associate team which will offer excellent work, first class professional development  and a supportive environment. The wider firm has an excellent reputation and excels in the legal rankings in Corporate, Finance and Real Estate which generates outstanding quality and breadth of work. The partners are deeply invested in training and development of their associates meaning career prospects are excellent.
