Corporate Receptionist
\n\nOur client, based in Victoria is currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist to come on board and provide a professional seamless service internally and externally. You will work alongside one other receptionist playing a pivotal role in providing a professional welcome to the London Office. The role is fast paced dealing with high profile clients.

- Global organisation, privately owned \n\t
- Hours – 10am – 6pm Monday – Friday – office based \n\t
- Lunch provided – Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday \n\t
- Working for the client direct \n
Key duties:
\n\n- \n\t
- Welcoming all visitors to the London Office in a professional and warm manner, and notifying relevant contacts. \n\t
- Liaising with catering team regarding refreshments and ensuring meeting rooms are all stocked correctly. \n\t
- Handling the main switchboard, transferring calls, and taking messages where appropriate. \n\t
- Dealing with couriers, deliveries, and taxis. \n\t
- Handling invoices and processing. \n\t
- Manage meeting rooms (10) with videoconference bookings, liaising with IT for set up. \n\t
- Maintain a tidy front of reception area at all times. \n\t
- Assist catering team during busy periods. \n\t
- Provide EA’s with overflow of admin – booking travel, processing expenses, and event preparation. \n\t
- Maintain and update Reception manual. \n\t
- Support with onboarding and training of temporary staff. \n\t
- Liaising with ground floor reception. \n\t
- Working with facilities and building management regarding any maintenance issues. \n
The ideal candidate:
\n\n- \n\t
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. \n\t
- At least five years previous experience within a fast paced corporate environment. \n\t
- Ability to be discreet at all times. \n\t
- Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to contribute. \n\t
- Hard working and reliable. \n\t
- Real team player and happy to pitch in and help wherever required. \n\t
- Confident in dealing with senior executives. \n\t
- Proficient in MS office, especially outlook. \n\t
- Happy to be in the office five days per week. \n
