Corporate Senior Associate Lawyer 5–9 PQE | M&A | Dubai | Leading Global Law Firm

I am currently working on an excellent opportunity for a high calibre corporate lawyer to join a leading Middle East Corporate team based in Dubai.

The team is looking to hire at the Senior Associate c.5 - 9 PQE, with experience of corporate M&A, PE, VC etc.

The role will involve leading M&A transactions from start to finish, so candidates should be confident running deals and managing stakeholders independently.

Applicants should have trained and qualified (UK/US/ AUS) solicitor with a Legal 500 law firm and have experience in the Middle East market.

Global law firm remuneration (tax free), bonus and package on offer to attract a high calibre candidate.

Arabic language skills and/or exposure to venture capital work would be advantageous, but are not essential.
