This is a newly created opportunity, with a vibrant corporate team, seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their ranks. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of corporate law experience and a proven track record advising a diverse client base.


This is a rare role for a corporate lawyer who enjoys advising entrepreneurial clients and forming close client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality work and exceptional client service
  • Technical proficiency in managing complex corporate transactions
  • Maintain up-to-date technical expertise
  • Drive business development to retain existing clients and attract new ones
  • Take responsibility for personal development and continuously improving interpersonal and soft skills.


Skills and Personal Qualities:

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand a breadth of client industries and businesses
  • Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Proven financial management skills and ability to meet client expectations
  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency with case management systems, electronic time recording, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle intricate legal issues
  • Self-motivated, friendly, and collaborative.
