Day to day the work will involve general M&A, shareholders agreements, investments, re-organisations, share incentives and plenty more. You will see yourself as a strong all-rounder. You will be happy working as the matter lead on your own projects as well as getting involved in integrated advisory projects at group level. You will find yourself delivering corporate legal advice to a range of corporate clients from global multi-nationals to domestic SMEs.
