The firm combines deep legal expertise with a collaborative, client-focused culture, creating an environment where ambitious solicitors can thrive. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations. Drafting and negotiating contracts and corporate documentation. Supporting clients through all stages of deals, from due diligence to completion. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Contributing to the ongoing development of the team and firm initiatives. Qualified solicitor (NQ–10 PQE) with corporate/commercial experience. Strong transactional experience or exposure to corporate matters (more senior candidates expected to have deeper experience). Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Commercial awareness and ability to provide practical, client-focused advice. Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
