AJ Chambers are working with an established Tax & Accountancy firm to connect an experienced Corporate Tax Associate Director or Corporate Tax Director with their next opportunity.

This role is suited to an individual who is proactive, commercially minded, and confident collaborating with senior stakeholders. You will work closely with Directors and Partners to deliver high-quality client service, while developing your own portfolio and leadership capabilities.

You will be encouraged to think strategically, contributing to both client outcomes and the continued growth of the team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, covering both compliance and advisory services
• Proven ability to deliver technically robust and commercially sound advice across a varied client base
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Experience identifying and converting business development opportunities, with a track record of growing client portfolios
• Experience managing and developing team members
• Professionally qualified (ACA and/or CTA or equivalent)
