Job Description Summary:
A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Associate or Legal Director to join its London team. The role suits someone with a strong technical grounding, confidence leading transactions, and the ability to contribute to client development and team growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise on a broad range of UK and international corporate tax matters, including share and asset acquisitions, group reorganisations, joint ventures, restructurings, and financing transactions.
Support corporate, real estate, funds, and financial services teams with tax structuring and transactional planning.
Lead on drafting and negotiating tax aspects of transactional documents (SPAs, tax covenants, warranties, structuring papers, etc.).
Manage relationships with clients, including private companies, multinationals, investment funds, and financial institutions.
Provide thought leadership on evolving tax legislation, HMRC practice, and market trends.
Contribute to business development initiatives, including pitching, client training, and cross-practice collaboration.
Supervise and mentor junior team members and support growth of the tax practice.
