THE ROLE:

Leading full cost consultancy services from feasibility through to final account Delivering high-level cost planning, estimating, and commercial reporting Preparing and managing tender and contract documentation (BoQs, Schedules of Works) Contract administration across JCT, NEC, GC Works, and PPC 2000 Managing procurement strategies, including single- and two-stage tendering Measurement using manual methods and CAD Measure Hybrid working from the London officeTHE PERSON:
