Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary depending on level, but may include: Delivering cost management services across a range of social housing and wider sector projects Preparing cost plans, estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation Managing project budgets, cost reporting, and financial forecasting Providing procurement advice and supporting tender evaluations Working closely with clients, contractors, and internal multi-disciplinary teams Supporting or leading contract administration duties Contributing to business development and client relationship management (senior levels) Mentoring and developing junior team members (senior levels) About You Experience as a Cost Consultant, Quantity Surveyor, or Commercial professional Background in consultancy, contracting, or development-flexible depending on level Experience working within or on social housing contracts is essential. Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders Professional qualification (RICS) is desirable but not essential at all levels.
