Due to growth in the volume of work in London, the firm is seeking a Counsel to join its Corporate Practice. Your work will involve high‑value, complex corporate transactions for sponsor‑side clients, particularly in the energy and financial services sectors. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage high‑value, complex corporate transactions for sponsor‑side clients. Provide client‑facing advice and representation in corporate private‑equity work. Mentor and support trainees and junior lawyers.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years’ PQE. Qualified in England and Wales. Demonstrable experience in mentoring and supporting trainees and juniors. Excellent academic record and private‑practice law‑firm training. Experience in corporate private‑equity work. Client‑facing personality and ambition.
