Role Overview
As a Courier Driver for the worlds leading logistics company, you are the face of CLIENT. You will be responsible for the daily delivery and collection of international shipments. This is a fast-paced, physical role that requires excellent time management, a "can-do" attitude, and a commitment to providing world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Collection:
Efficiently transport, deliver, and collect international parcels and documents within a designated territory.
Route Planning:
Plan and prioritise your daily route to meet specific "Time Definite" delivery windows.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and ensure the client van is kept clean and maintained to brand standards.
Customer Excellence:
Provide a professional service at the doorstep, handling customer queries and ensuring all electronic proof of delivery (POD) is captured accurately.
Security & Safety:
Adhere to strict global aviation security protocols and health and safety regulations, including safe manual handling of parcels (up to 25kg).
Sales Lead Generation:
Identify potential new business opportunities while on route and report them to the sales team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Driving Licence:
A full UK Driving Licence (Category B) with no more than 6 penalty points.
Experience:
Previous experience in multi-drop delivery or a fast-paced logistics environment is highly advantageous but not essential.
Physical Fitness:
Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying parcels.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and the operations team.
Geographical Knowledge:
Good knowledge of the local area and the ability to use GPS/Satellite Navigation effectively.

Due to our operations within regulated aviation environments (CAA), all successful candidates must pass a rigorous security clearance process:
DBS Check:
A clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
5-Year Reference History:
You must provide a full, checkable 5-year history of employment, education, or gaps (unemployment).
Right to Work:
Valid proof of right to work in the UK.
Security Training:
Completion of mandatory Cargo Operative aviation security training (provided by Client).
