Role overview

As a Courier Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of DHL parcels and mail. Working independently and on the road, youll represent the company with professionalism and deliver excellent customer service while meeting delivery targets across assigned routes.
Role and responsibilities
  • Deliver DHL parcels and mail packages across various routes.
  • Complete approximately 65 parcel drops per day initially, progressing to 85 drops using a hand-held scanner.
  • Load your own vehicle between 09:00am 10:00am, departing the depot around 10:00am or earlier to begin deliveries.
  • Deliver to both commercial and residential properties.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and in line with companyprocedures
  • Provide friendly and professional service to all customers.

    As this role is connected to a major UK airport, applicants must be willing for AVTAV to complete the following process on their behalf in line with Aviation Security Regulations:
    5-year employment history check
    UK criminal record check
    International criminal record check if the applicant has lived abroad for more than 6 months
    Relevant aviation security training completed in-house by AVTAV (at no cost to the applicant)
