Cover Supervisor Requirements:

Essential:

Experience working with children or young people in a school or educational setting.

Strong classroom presence and confidence in managing groups of students.

A clear or obtainable DBS check.

Desirable:

Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role.

A strong interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education.

Experience supporting students with SEN or additional needs.
