Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities:
Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
Supervise the completion of work set by teachers in a range of different subject
Be a positive influence to students
Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and health a safety of students in the classroom
The ideal candidate
Experience working with children in some capacity
A degree or direct experience working as a cover supervisor
Excellent communication skills
Organised with good attention to detail
Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour.
