Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Cover Supervisor to join an inclusive Secondary School in Rochdale to work on a long term basis as soon as possible.
You’ll be joining a supportive school focused on student engagement and behavior management. This is an exciting role for a new or experienced cover supervisor to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
Managing classroom behavior and ensuring students stay on task Delivering pre-set work plans across various subjects Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
Essential Qualifications:
Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills Holds a degree or relevant Level 3 qualification Ability to work under the guidance of the school leadership team
