Horizon Teachers is seeking a reliable and motivated Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in South West London.

Key responsibilities: Supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that they stay on task and follow the lesson plan provided Assist students with any questions they may have about the work and provide guidance where needed.

Maintain order and discipline in the classroom, following the schools behaviour policies.

Step into different classrooms and subjects as needed, quickly adjusting to varying classroom dynamics.
