Academics, a specialist education recruitment agency based in Stoke-on-Trent, is recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work on a daily supply basis across Cheshire East and Staffordshire.

The Role:

Supervise pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 Keep students focused, engaged and on task Manage classroom behaviour confidently Follow school policies and procedures Complete a brief handover at the end of the day

Ideal Candidates:

This role is perfect if you've worked with young people and enjoy leading groups. We welcome applicants with experience in:

Sports coaching or youth work Drama, art or music workshops Summer camps or holiday clubs Scouts, Guides or Duke of Edinburgh programmes Outdoor education or activity instruction Any role involving at least 2 months' experience working with young people A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable, but not essential - we consider all suitable applicants.
