TeacherActive are proud to be working with a large number of Secondary Schools across the Tonbridge and Sevenoaks area. We are actively recruiting for Cover Supervisors to support our school network with reliable, professional, and confident staff for a September start.

Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in schools, whether on a day-to-day, short-term or long-term basis. The role does not include planning or marking, but strong communication and classroom control are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-set lessons across various subjects and year groups (11–16)

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment

Provide support to students to help them stay on task

Report back to teaching staff or senior leaders as required

Adapt quickly to different schools and classroom settings

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

CACHE Level 2/3 or a minimum of 6 months relevant classroom experience

Confidence in managing whole classes and supporting student progress
