Your new roleAs a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent and ensure learning continues smoothly. Your role will include:Managing classes of 20+ students aged 11-16Delivering pre-planned work (no planning or marking required!)Keeping students engaged, focused, and on trackMaintaining a positive and productive classroom environmentThis is classroom management at its core - perfect for someone who enjoys leading groups and keeping energy high and positive behaviour.

What you'll need to succeedIf you have experience in any of the following within the last two years, we'd love to meet you:

• Working with groups of young people aged 11-16
• Sports coaching
• Youth work or community leadership
• School-based support roles
