Cover Supervisor – PK Education (Sheffield)

Location: Sheffield

Pay: £100–£120 per day

Start: Immediate / Ongoing

Hours: Full-time or part-time (flexible)

PK Education are looking for confident, reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our supportive team and work with secondary schools across the Sheffield area.

Role Overview

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

* Supervise classes during short-term absence of teachers

* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials

* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment

* Support students in staying on task and engaging with their work

* Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each lesson.

What We’re Looking For

* Confident communication and classroom management skills

* A passion for supporting young people

* Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential

* Graduates, teaching assistants, youth workers, coaches and mentors all encouraged to apply

* A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
