Are you looking for flexible work in education?
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work on a day-to-day basis across secondary schools in Barking & Dagenham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience while maintaining flexibility.

The Role:

Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Supporting students to complete assigned tasks
Reporting back to teaching staff on lesson progressWhat We're Looking For:

Strong communication and classroom management skills
Confidence working with secondary school students
A proactive and adaptable attitude
Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)What We Offer:
