Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, a graduate or aspiring teacher, a parent returning to work, or someone who has worked with young people in another setting, we'd love to hear from you. ________________________________________ ‍ Your Role: * Leading pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher * Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment * Keeping students engaged, motivated, and on track with their learning * Supporting school staff and ensuring smooth continuity in lessons ________________________________________ Who We're Looking For: * Experienced Cover Supervisors or those keen to train * Graduates or individuals considering a career in teaching * People with experience working with young people in any capacity (youth work, coaching, voluntary roles, parenting, etc.) * Confident, approachable communicators with a positive, professional attitude * Enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable individuals ✨ No school experience? No problem!
