Cover Supervisor - Full Time or Part TimeBradfordVeritas Education

Veritas Education is working in partnership with a secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit a Cover Supervisor to join their team. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible options to suit your availability.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, supervising students in the absence of the class teacher, and ensuring a positive, well-managed learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff looking to gain further classroom experience.

The Role:

• Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering pre-set work and ensuring pupils remain on task
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting pupils with their learning where needed
• Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people (school-based or transferable)
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A positive, reliable, and professional approach
• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
