Cover Supervisor - Wigan (Immediate Start)

Empowering Learning are looking for a flexible and confident Cover Supervisor to support a well-run secondary school in Wigan. This Cover Supervisor role starts immediately, and the school are hoping to secure someone who can hit the ground running.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be supervising classes across KS3 and KS4, delivering pre-set work, maintaining strong behaviour routines, and keeping learners on task throughout the day. The school is known for its supportive staff, clear systems, and consistent routines - an ideal environment for a Cover Supervisor looking for a stable, long-term placement.

This position will run until July for the right Cover Supervisor, giving you excellent continuity and the chance to become part of a well-established team.

You will need:

Experience working with young people in a school setting

Confidence managing behaviour and following school policies

An enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
