The Role – Cover Supervisor

A well-established mainstream secondary school in the London Borough of Islington is seeking a confident Cover Supervisor to join their team ASAP.

You will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4

Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task

Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

Support students with their learning where required

Uphold the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies at all times

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organised, and confident leading a classroom independently. Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or working with secondary aged students is essential.
