About Us:\nLoyal Blue Recruitment is a specialist education recruitment agency working with a large number of Secondary schools across Uxbridge, Hayes & Hillingdon.\n\nDue to increasing demand from our schools, we are looking to expand our pool of dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisors.\n\nRole:\nAs a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers. You will ensure that pupils remain on task and manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and make a real difference in local schools.\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\n * Demonstrates a genuine passion for working in education\n\n * Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role (preferred but not essential)\n\n * Confident in managing classroom behaviour\n\n * Enthusiastic and proactive in supporting students' learning\n\n * Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nIf you are a strong candidate looking to enter the field of teaching, we are keen to hear from you.
