Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced CQC
Registered Care Manager
to oversee supported living services across
Birmingham and Coventry . This role involves managing services that support adults with
learning disabilities and autism , including individuals with
forensic backgrounds, offending histories (including sexual offences), and those transitioning from secure settings such as prison . You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality,
person-centred care , promoting independence, dignity, and positive outcomes for service users. Service Overview Small supported living services across two locations Self-contained flats promoting independent living Multi-site management responsibility Key Responsibilities Hold and maintain
CQC registration
for the service Ensure full compliance with
CQC regulations and legislation Lead and manage day-to-day service operations Deliver high-quality,
person-centred support Embed
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
approaches Oversee risk assessments, care planning, and safeguarding Manage staff teams including recruitment, supervision, and performance Ensure safe staffing levels and effective rota management Lead audits, inspections, and quality assurance processes Build strong relationships with
local authorities and external stakeholders Candidate Requirements Registered with CQC as a Care Manager (essential) Proven experience in
supported living / learning disabilities / autism services Strong experience working with: Forensic backgrounds Offending histories (including sexual offences) Individuals transitioning from prison or secure settings Mental health needs Challenging behaviours (verbal & physical) Complex and physical care needs Strong understanding of
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Experience in leading and managing staff teams Essential Criteria Full UK Driving Licence Access to own vehicle (multi-site role) Flexibility to work occasional
weekends, lates, and on-call duties Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Flexibility required based on service needs What's on Offer Competitive salary:
