Crane Supervisor

Rate: £28–£30 per hour Location: Norfolk area Start: Monday the 27th of April 2026 Duration: Ongoing

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Crane Supervisor to support a long-term civil engineering project based in the Norfolk area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established contractor delivering major infrastructure works.

Role Overview: You will take the lead on all lifting operations across site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed procedures and industry standards.

Duties:

Oversee and manage all lifting activities on site Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with lifting plans Work closely with site teams, including slingers and banksmen Maintain high health & safety standards at all times Provide updates to site management on progress and any issues Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Crane Supervisor on civils or infrastructure projects Valid CPCS (or NPORS equivalent) Crane Supervisor ticket Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety Good communication and organisational skills Safety-critical medical preferred BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR ARC
