BTG Eddisons is a national property consultancy, and our Vacant Property Services team helps clients protect and manage empty buildings using our advanced RemoteZone security solution. We’re looking for a highly organised Administrator with credit control duties to support our busy, fast‑paced operational team. The Role * Daily admin support for the Vacant Property Services team * Handling incoming calls professionally * Updating systems, logging activity and maintaining accurate records * Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams * Supporting accounts tasks, including: * Monitoring outstanding invoices * Contacting clients regarding overdue payments * Updating payment and financial records What You’ll Need * Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone * Excellent organisation and attention to detail * Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems * Ability to work well under pressure * Credit control or accounts experience helpful but not essential What We Offer * Full training and ongoing development * Supportive team environment * Competitive salary * Long‑term career potential within a respected national firm
