With a friendly culture focused on growth and development, this role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving business that values its employees.ResponsibilitiesManaging the full credit control cycle, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances and enhancing cash flowBuilding strong relationships with clients to support ongoing credit managementMaintaining accurate account records and conducting regular reconciliationsCollaborating cross-functionally with sales and service teams to resolve account discrepanciesSupporting process improvements in cash collection and client relationship managementQualificationsProven experience in credit control or accounts receivable within a commercial environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships confidentlyStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise effectivelyProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently within a team settingAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and support continuous improvement initiativesBenefitsCompetitive salary of £30,000 – £33,000 (salary will be dependent on experience)Core HoursOne day per week working from homeSupportive and collaborative team cultureOpportunities for development within a growing companyCMA complies with all relevant UK legislation and doesn’t discriminate on any protected characteristics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
