Our exclusive client based in Chorley are currently recruiting for a experienced Credit Controller to join their team.This well known business have an established and stable team of credit controllers and need one extra due to growing workload. Duties include: Chasing overdue accounts Reconciling and raising bills for customer charges Processing any charge changes including raising invoices and credit notes Posting receipts, taking card payments and accurate allocation of cash Investigating any unallocated cash/credit balances Accounts reconciliations Management and processing of daily direct debit collections Daily credit control by telephone, letter and email Implementation and monitoring of payment plans where necessary Assisting with legal aspects of debt recovery You must have previous credit control experience to be considered for this role. You need to be a confident communicator who can build strong working relationships with both your customers and your team..
