Advise on complex proceeds of crime matters, including asset restraint, confiscation and enforcement, often linked to serious criminal activity. Analyse large volumes of evidence and work closely with investigators from an early stage to shape case strategy. Oversee cases throughout the prosecution process, develop case strategies, make informed charging decisions, and draft detailed legal documentation. Provide advice on disclosure and evidential matters in complex proceedings.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitors with at least 4 years' PQE and strong criminal law experience; exposure to proceeds of crime, asset recovery or financial investigations is highly advantageous.
