My client is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Manager for a fully remote position with a salary of £45,000. The company operates a globally unique marketplace within fashion, sportswear, homeware, and luxury cosmetics.

In this role, you will place customer data at the center of decision-making and empower the business to do the same. Your focus will be on email marketing, utilizing testing, segmentation, dynamic content, frequency optimization, and technology to enhance customer engagement. You will serve as the customer data spokesperson, setting up actionable insights to support the team and leading automation initiatives.

Requirements include experience with customer journey mapping, A/B or multivariate testing, and the ability to manage projects from inception to launch within tight deadlines. You should also have a good understanding of data management and be capable of creating detailed Excel reports.
