As the person will perform company optimization in company websites, do testing and analytics. We are seeking a data-driven and strategic CRO Analyst to join our team. The CRO Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing digital experiences, driving higher conversions, and improving user journeys across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and execute effective CRO strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and overall ROI. Your Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze website performance and user behavior data to identify trends, pain points, and conversion bottlenecks.
User Journey Optimization: Map and optimize user journeys, focusing on increasing conversion rates through the improvement of landing pages, funnels, and key touchpoints.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with site optimization team
Report & Present Findings: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights, test results, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
Utilize CRO tools such as Google Analytics, relevant platforms to track performance and manage testing initiatives.
Research & Benchmarking: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to recommend and implement innovative CRO techniques.
Segmentation & Personalization: Identify and target key audience segments with personalized experiences to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
Your Profile: Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience: Strong SQL skills essential
Relevant work experience in a web analytical role with AB testing
Google BigQuery experience
A/B Testing
Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience: Knowledge of data modelling techniques and best practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data development lifecycles.
