This role is ideal for someone who has a broad range of litigation experience and is looking to be part of a forward-thinking and expanding firm. About the Role The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years’ PQE in litigation and experience managing their own caseload. The role will involve handling a variety of contentious matters including civil, commercial and property disputes, contractual disputes, debt recovery and landlord and tenant matters. You will be confident working autonomously on complex legal matters including drafting legal documents, preparing for trials and conducting negotiations. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to business development, networking and expanding the firm’s litigation client base. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and collaborate with the wider litigation team on high-value and complex cases, with opportunities to help develop and grow the department.
