My client is a specialist MEP contractor with a turnover of £350m and a team of approximately 600 staff. Operating across the UK and internationally, they deliver high-profile commercial, pharmaceutical, and data centre projects. While their expertise lies in MEP, this role focuses on their main contracting works, specifically CSA (Civils, Structural, and Architectural).

My client is seeking an experienced CSA Bid Support Manager to act as the key link between their bids, legal, design, and delivery teams. You will be the “go-to” person ensuring that bids are fully aligned with the scope of works, contractual requirements, and project objectives. This position is ideal for someone with an operations background and site experience, who enjoys the front-end of projects but prefers to step away from day-to-day site delivery. Working within a collaborative bid team of six - including MEP Bid Support Managers, Bid Writers, and an MEP Planner - you will bring technical insight, practical knowledge, and attention to detail to secure successful project outcomes.
