*
Develop and maintain project-specific Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), manuals, and associated documentation for civil, structural, and architectural works.
*
Liaise closely with the Client to ensure all CSA quality standards and procedures are submitted, approved, and implemented in line with agreed timelines.
*
Plan and carry out internal and external quality audits relating to civil, structural, and architectural packages.
*
Provide guidance to Project and Senior Management on QA/QC matters specific to CSA scope.
*
Oversee inspections and ensure all CSA documentation, records, and certification are completed and verified prior to sectional and final handover.

*
Manage document control processes, ensuring revisions and updates reflect changes in company policies, project specifications, and ISO requirements.
*

A relevant third-level qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related construction discipline.
*
Demonstrated experience working on large-scale civil, structural, and architectural projects.
*
Ability to perform effectively under pressure while meeting strict project deadlines.

Strong professional integrity, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to quality management across CSA works.
*
Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and concise quality reports, inspection records, and technical documentation relating to CSA packages.
