Hybrid - 3x days remote working, 2x days in the Lincoln office We're looking for a confident and proactive Customer Account Assistant to join a healthcare technology business in a commercially focused support role. You'll be joining a collaborative team, supporting a mix of sales, customer and marketing activity. There will be the opportunity to learn the business, products and customer base in depth while developing broad commercial experience in a supportive environment. This role would suit someone early in their commercial career or someone with previous customer service, sales support or account coordination experience who enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities: Registering, categorising and following up on new sales leads and opportunities Supporting the coordination of meetings with new and existing customers Maintaining regular contact with customers to support retention and growth Following up on actions from customer meetings Supporting responses to relevant tenders Keeping CRM and quoting systems updated with leads, opportunities, quotes and orders Assisting with customer and prospect events such as workshops, user groups and webinars Supporting the creation of marketing materials including email campaigns, case studies, brochures and newsletters Skills: Enthusiastic, confident and professional approach Strong communication and customer relationship skills High customer service standards Able to work well independently and as part of a team Organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing follow-up actions and keeping internal systems up to date Experience using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce (desirable) Degree or relevant commercial/customer-facing experience (desirable) Exposure to sales support, account coordination or customer-facing administration (desirable) Benefits: You'll be joining a supportive company where personal development is actively encouraged.
