Would you like a Lidl meet and greet session with our team before receiving a guaranteed interview?We are holding a Recruitment Day for our Brand new Monks Cross Store in York on Tuesday 9th September 2025 Location will be confirmed. We’re hiring now for the following positions:Customer Assistants Full and Part Time Hours (£12.75 up to £13.65 per hour)Our recruitment days takes place between 9.30am and 3.30pm and if you are selected you will be sent an email to book in a 15 mins face to face interview slot which will be with a Store Manager or Area Manager alongside the recruitment team. CUSTOMER ASSISTANT - As a Lidl Customer Assistant, no two shifts are the same. From restocking shelves to jumping on tills, you’ll keep moving, keep business booming and never be bored. You’ll take pride in going the extra mile to keep the store clean, tidy and organised, working closely with your colleagues and making sure that every customer receives the service they deserve.
