Must have previous collections/debt recovery experience.
We're looking for an experienced, people-focused leader to drive excellence in our Customer Resolutions team. This pivotal role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
You'll lead and coach a high-performing team, manage complex and escalated complaints, support vulnerable customers, and use insight and data to improve processes and performance. You'll also deputise for the Customer Resolutions Manager and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
If you have a strong background in complaint handling, proven people management skills, and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.
