What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive the best support possible.

Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
Scheduling repairs and booking appointments
Updating a central portal with progress of jobs
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Collaborating with team members
