As a key point of contact, you'll support customers via phone and email, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner Owning customer cases from start to finish, ensuring successful resolution Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve the best outcomes Managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards Using initiative and sound judgement to enhance the customer journey Identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing feedback to support continuous service excellence What We're Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills A friendly, professional manner with the ability to explain information clearly A calm, solution-focused approach, even under pressure Strong listening skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a busy, dynamic environment Previous customer service experience (call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar) is desirable Good organisational and time-management skills Interested?
