We are looking for a positive, flexible, and customer-focused individual to join our busy call centre as a Customer Service Advisor supporting on the TFC campaign. Tax-Free Childcare (TFC) is a scheme for Government support towards the cost of childcare for working families. In this role you would be supporting families and making a difference by helping them. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for working with other team members to ensure that we meet our customer service goals.
