Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns. Assist in improving processes to enhance the customer experience. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Support the team with administrative tasks and reporting when required. A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
Previous experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools. A detail-oriented approach to managing enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
