Location: Conveniently based in City Centre, Manchester, our office is just an 8-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station and only 1 minute from Piccadilly Gardens tram station.

Role Overview: As a Business Banking Telephony Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for business banking customers, providing outstanding support for a variety of inquiries. Your role is vital in helping businesses operate confidently and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from Business Banking customers with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Strive for strong First Point of Contact (FPOC) resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize business banking platforms to guide customers effectively through their inquiries. Encourage customers to use digital and self-service channels, boosting their confidence in available tools. Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and process standards while maintaining fair customer outcomes.Essential Skills:
Customer Experience: A passion for delivering inclusive outcomes for all customers, including vulnerable individuals. Digital Confidence: Proficient in using digital tools and willing to adapt to new technology to support customer journeys. Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced telephony environment. Communication: Clear and confident verbal communication, with strong active listening and effective objection-handling skills. Problem Solving: Capable of analyzing complex business queries and resolving issues effectively. Knowledge of financial crime and Anti-money laundering legislation is an advantage, or background in Know Your Customer or Customer Due Diligence checks.
